Uttara Bank Limited invites applications from the eligible candidates for the position of Deputy General Manager for its Subsidiary Company “Uttara Bank Securities Limited” under the following terms and conditions:-
(1) The appointment will be on =tract basis for a period of 03 (three) years. After the appointment, the selected candidate will be posted at the Subsidiary Company of Uttara Bank Limited named “Uttara Bank Securities Limited” on deputation as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
(ii) His service will be purely temporary in nature which will not be governed by the service rules of Utters Bank Limited.
(iii) Educational qualification of the applicant:- Master’s Degree from any recognized University.
(iv) Age Limit:- Not exceeding 45 (forty-five) years as of 30-09-2020
(v) Experience:- At least 15 (fifteen) years of working experience in the Capital Market including 10 (ten) years experience in Brokerage House.
(vi) He will be paid a total monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.1,08,700/- (Take one lac eight thousand seven hundred) only.
(vii) He will be given Lunch Allowance @ Tk. 2001- (Take two hundred) only per working day on his attending the office.
(viii) If any bonus is declared by the Management of the Bank, he will be paid the same on the basis of 40% of his one month’s remuneration. This may be changed by the Authority of the Bank if desires.
(ix) If he maintains any private car he will get total Tk. 35,000/- (Take thirty-five thousand) only per month as fuel cost, driver’s remuneration, and car maintenance cost. If he does not maintain any private car he will be given Tk. 15,000/- (Take fifteen thousand) only as conveyance allowance.
(x) No other allowance/financial benefit will be allowed to him
(xi) He will be required to serve at any time at Bank’s Subsidiary Company in or outside Bangladesh
(xii) He must be well conversant with the securities-related laws, rules, regulations, and directives of Bangladesh Bank/BSEC/DSE/CDEJCDBL and other Regulatory Bodies.
(xiii) He must be able to run and manage the operations of a Brokerage House independently.
(xiv) Computer literacy is a must
